Our dedicated Stud Team offers a full range of equine reproduction services, including:
• Fresh and frozen artificial insemination (AI)
• In-clinic storage for frozen semen straws
• Stud livery for single mares and frozen AI cycles
• Routine stud visits for clients with 4 mares or more
• Synchronisation of donors and recipients for embryo transfer programmes
We work closely with each client to tailor our services to their individual mare’s needs, ensuring a personalised and supportive breeding experience.
To make your breeding plans even easier, we offer three competitively priced stud packages designed to suit a wide range of mares and breeding scenarios.
Ideal for straightforward breeding plans or mares expected to conceive quickly.
✅ Package includes:
• Pre-breeding ultrasound examinations
• Semen handling and insemination
• Post-breeding uterine evaluation
• Day 14 pregnancy scan
• Day 28 heartbeat confirmation scan
⚠️ Package excludes:
• Drugs (ovulation agents, oxytocin, Regumate®, antibiotics, etc.)
• Visit fees
• Sedation if required
• Livery costs (especially for frozen AI)
• Uterine lavage procedures
• Management of endometritis
• Twin pregnancy management
• Caslick’s procedure
This flexible “per attempt” option allows you to budget cycle by cycle and add additional treatments if needed.
Ideal for older or tricky mares, or for owners who prefer full budgeting clarity and peace of mind.
✅ Package includes:
• Pre-breeding ultrasound examinations
• Semen handling and insemination
• Post-breeding uterine evaluation
• Day 14 pregnancy scan
• Day 28 heartbeat confirmation scan
• All standard breeding drugs (e.g., ovulation agents, oxytocin)
• 4 days’ livery per cycle (for chilled semen cycles)
⚠️ Package excludes:
• Visit fees
• Sedation if required
• Additional livery costs for frozen semen AI cycles
• Uterine lavage procedures
• Management of endometritis
• Twin pregnancy management
• Caslick’s procedure
• Additional drugs outside the standard protocol
These packages allow for up to three insemination cycles within the 2025 season, helping to increase chances of success without unexpected additional costs.
