Our HNVG Equine team consists of 11 experienced equine vets providing a dedicated, expert 24/7 service to our Equine clients. Each of our equine vets has their own areas of specialist interest and equine knowledge, ranging from racehorses to Sports Horses, breeding to driving, so we can provide the best service for your individual requirements.
We offer an ambulatory service covering Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Gloucestershire and the West Midlands and have a range of portable specialist diagnostic equipment that we can use for on-site diagnosis and treatment. We also have a purpose-built Equine Clinic and operating theatre enabling us to hospitalise cases for intensive care, perform elective and emergency surgery both standing and under general anaesthesia and carry out lameness and poor performance examinations.
If you are interested in purchasing a horse our team is also very skilled in performing pre-purchase examinations (‘vettings’). At HNVG we take pride in being up to date with the latest techniques and treatment options and combine this with a wealth of experience to provide you with the best possible treatment and preventative options for your horse.
