Since joining HNVG as the Practice Manager in 2017, Kate’s role and responsibilities have evolved significantly. The extensive breadth of Kate’s role incorporates Finance, H&S, HR, Facilities, Customer Services, Pharmacy, Reception and Nursing.
Kate’s staunch commitment to fairness and equality, along with her exceptional leadership skills and experience as a business owner pre-HNVG, are traits that not only complement our leadership team but make us a stronger, more cohesive, and progressive Practice.
As Managing Director, Kate supports the shareholding Directors in formulating the strategies that future-proof our business and enable us to navigate through an ever-changing climate whilst achieving our aim of being a successful, independent Veterinary Group. In addition to the line management responsibility, Kate is ultimately responsible for controlling and overseeing all business operations.
Kate has also recently joined the Board of XL Vets and is actively involved in this community that supports independent Vet Practices across the UK. This is a welcome partnership that places HNVG at the heart of a community we are incredibly proud to be founding members of.
