From a young age, Sarah has always been drawn to animals, with a childhood spent creating “hospitals” for sick bees and chasing chickens for cuddles. Although her initial dream was to become a vet, she didn’t get into vet school right away. Instead, she pursued a degree in neuroscience, which she found fascinating, but the desire to work with animals never faded. Determined to follow her passion, she applied to vet school, never expecting to be accepted—but now, here she is, fulfilling her childhood dream.
Equally passionate about horses, Sarah began riding at a young age, spending her childhood galloping across the countryside on her ponies. As she grew, she refined her skills and joined the British Young Riders Dressage Scheme, though her love for galloping across the countryside kept her focus on eventing.
In veterinary practice, her primary areas of interest are lameness, poor performance, and stud medicine.
